Cancellation Policy: Only written cancellations received more than two full weeks prior to the program will receive a tuition refund (less $95 "per person" processing fee). No refunds or tuition credits will be granted for cancellations made after this time, or for "no shows". No exceptions will be made to this policy regardless of circumstances. Registrant substitutions will be accepted provided that S. M. Snow & Associates is notified prior to the program.
