Snow & Associates, Inc. was established in 1989 and began operations as a full-service actuarial consulting firm (assisting HMOs, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, commercial insurance companies, employer groups, and medical providers). Since 1995, S. M. Snow & Associates, Inc. has been providing the highest quality group health insurance training seminars available in the industry. We have trained underwriters, actuaries, sales professionals, and senior executives from over five hundred HMOs, practically every Blue Cross Blue Shield Plan in the country, and a great many Commercial Insurance Companies. We have also trained over two thousand employee benefits professionals (brokers, agents, consultants, and large employer groups). To date, over seven thousand people have benefited by attending our seminars, with another three thousand people benefitting from our in-house training programs..

We offer a wide variety of comprehensive training programs that cover all aspects of underwriting, pricing, product design, health cost control, and profitability management. We're very proud of the fact that a tremendous number of people who attend our seminars are repeat customers. Many people have attended three, four, or even five of our seminars in the past. In addition to conducting seminars all across the country, we also do in-house training programs for insurers. We also develop and market comprehensive manuals for employers who are interested in dramatically reducing their health plan costs.

S. M. Snow & Associates, devotes 100% of its resources and efforts to developing and enhancing its training programs and manuals. We haven't done actuarial consulting since 1995 and we do not accept consulting assignments. Unlike consulting companies that conduct seminars once in a while, we have nothing to gain by withholding valuable information from our clients. Conducting highly effective training seminars and developing comprehensive manuals are not merely a few of our sidelines; these two endeavors represent our entire business!
